Returning Your Purchase
We want you to love everything you purchase from Veiled Collection. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers and to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services.
Our Return Policy
We accept all unused, unworn merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items marked ‘Final Sale' in the product description, items marked down 50% or more, all sale hijabs and $5.99 hijabs, hijabs opened from their original packaging, all gift sets and all hijab accessories are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return, refund or store credit.
SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS: All sale and clearance items, or items purchased with a promo code of, or discounted 25% off or more can only be refunded as store credit.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.
We cannot accept items for a refund outside of the 30 day return period. Any items received by mail outside of the 30 day return period will be charged a 50% late fee from the value of the items returned.
Items must be received in their original, resellable condition with the original tags attached. If any returned items are received worn, stained, altered or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
To give our customers the ability to try on our garments and make sure the fit is correct, we've added a security ribbon to our newest items. Please make sure this ribbon is not removed or tampered with. Veiled Collection will not accept any returns without the security ribbon attached. Please note: some of our past collection items do not have a security ribbon.
How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Veiled Collection e-Gift Card, depending on which method you choose.
- Refunds: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
- Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
How do I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Kindly submit a return request for your item and you may then repurchase the item you would like at your convenience.
Our Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be in perfect condition and free of any manufacturing defects and will accept any defective or damaged item for a full refund. In the rare occasion an item you received is defective kindly send us an email with photos of the defective item prior to sending it back to us for a full refund.
For a limited time we are offering Free Returns for all Store Credit Refunds on U.S. purchases. Some exclusions may apply.
How to Return your Veiled Collection Item
If you would like to return the items you purchased please proceed to our Online Returns Portal system to receive a return approval and step-by-step instructions. You must obtain a return approvall prior to sending your items back to us. Any returns received without a return approval will be sent back to you.
Returns are quick and easy!
1. Login to your Veiled Collection account and open your Order History. If you do not have an account you can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
2. Locate the order number for the items you are returning.
3. Then go to veiledcollection.com/a/returns enter your order number and the email address used to make your purchase.
4. Choose the item(s) you would like to return.
5. Choose your refund method - we currently offer store credit and refunds to your original payment method.
6. Once your request has been submitted you will receive a return approval email and return request number which will include instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
*Please note: Veiled Collection is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
