RETURN POLICY

  • Regular fully priced Items bought on VEILEDCOLLECTION.com will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • All marked down items, sale items, and hijabs opened from their original packaging are final sale and no refunds or credit will be awarded for such items.
  • All merchandise must be received back in its original form within 15 days of the purchase date, otherwise NO refund will be awarded.
  • Additionally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must also be in the original packaging. 
    • All tags must be attached when returned. 
    • It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume.
    • Items returned used, in an unsellable condition or outside of our 14 day return period will be charged a 50% restocking fee and/or be sent back to the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non-refundable. 
  • In the event of a return all shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer or will be deducted from final refund amount. 
  • You MUST receive a return approval and RMA # prior to returning your item(s). See below for more information.

You MUST receive a return approval and RMA # through our online return center prior to sending back your item. Returns made without the proper approval and RMA # will be sent back to you.

Please note we currently can only make returns, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. For further support please email us at support@veiledcollection.com with your order number.

All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any international returns received later than 20 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

  • We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 3-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States.
  • Standard International shipping will take 10-20 business days.
    • Additional customs fees do apply for orders outside of the United States. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government.
    • VEILED COLLECTION does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of $34.99 are non refundable.
  • VEILED COLLECTION is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination.
VEILED COLLECTION does not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Additionally, any orders placed with an invalid, incomplete or incorrect address will not be refunded for unless parcel is returned to our facility. If the parcel is returned to our facility you will receive an email from our customer support. ALL shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund plus a 10-20% restocking fee in the event that a package is returned to our facility. 

In the event that a package is marked as “DELIVERED” and you still have not received it, you must contact USPS first. If after 14 business days your package is still not received please email our customer support for assistance.

Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
