With the current state of COVID-19, we want to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including following public health authority recommended guidelines.



Our warehouse team is taking numerous preventative steps to avoid the spread of the virus, including conducting deep cleaning and sanitization processes, working in staggered shifts to minimize all contact with other employees. The company has also made disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, masks and gloves available organization-wide for increased personal protection.


All office employees are working remotely, and will continue to do so for the extended future. 


 In addition to the safety and sanitization procedures listed above, we are also requiring employees to wear gloves when they come into contact with any products or internal packaging materials that will be received by customers.

Please expect delays for all domestic and international shipments.

We use the below carriers to deliver orders, each of them have their own processes with regard to the handling of packages during this time. And because you have enough to worry about right now, we’ve modified our return policies as follows:


Veiled Collection is extending its domestic return policy on all orders placed in the months of March and April 2020. During this time, we will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.


Veiled Collection is extending our international return policy on orders placed March 20th through the end of April 2020. During this time, we will accept returns within 45 days for a full refund and within 60 days for an exchange. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.

Join us in aiding those most affected by the Coronavirus. A portion of every purchase from our Resort Wear 2020 Collection from March to April 15 2020 will go towards a selected non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing relief and working in the areas most affected by COVID-19. 

Non-profit organizations that we've teamed up with working towards COVID relief:

COVID-19 Response Fund (WHO/UN) – Donations support WHO’s work to track and understand the spread of the virus; to ensure patients get the care they need and frontline workers get essential supplies and information; and to accelerate efforts to develop vaccines, tests, and treatments.

Americares is providing personal protective equipment and training health workers on the frontlines of the outbreak. Personal protective equipment and other infection prevention and control supplies along with other preventive measures are critical to decreasing the spread of COVID-19.

No Kid Hungry As we all take precaution to protect ourselves and others from the spread of COVID-19, we can’t forget hungry kids. Nearly 22 million low-income kids from communities across the country rely on the free and reduced-price meals they receive at school. For many, these meals may be the only nutritious food that they’ll receive on a given day. 


Veiled Collection has exceeded over $1000 in donations to COVID-19 relief, and donated hundreds of masks to frontline workers.

The Veiled Collection team is actively and closely monitoring all relevant public health authority communications and will reflect changes as necessary to ensure we’re operating with the utmost care.
