Very fitted and a bit short

I'm the same height and size as the model. The skirt has an elastic waist so it sits on my waist but doesn't reach past my ankles as it does the model. Had I ordered my original size(xs) it may have been more fitted and shorter. Another size up and the skirt would not sit on my waist. Warm enough for this cold season so far. Again false advertising. Skirt will hit anyone 5'5 and up at and above ankle.
